When something goes wrong
Last updated 21 September 2026 · how to report, who sees it, and how to reach us
If a child is at risk right now, call your local emergency number (999 in the UK). Notice Me is an app; it cannot help in an emergency.
Something in the app that worries you
A post, a message, something a teacher wrote, someone who should not be there. Tap Report on it. Reports in a family go to the parents; in Grandma's House to whoever runs the house; in a community to the committee and the admin, never to the person reported. Reports are kept until they are dealt with.
A worry about a teacher or a class
Withdraw your child first. Only you can enrol them and only you can withdraw them, and it takes effect at once. Then report it. If the community's own admin is the problem, or you do not trust them to act, contact us directly (below).
A worry about how a mosque or centre is run
That is for the community and, where needed, the authorities: the Charity Commission for a registered charity, your local council's safeguarding team, or the police. We will help by preserving and, where lawful, providing the app's records.
Something wrong with the app itself
It will not load, a family cannot sign in, data looks wrong. Email cdianrouga@gmail.com with the family or community name and what you saw. Notice Me is run by one person in London, in the evenings; you will normally hear back within two working days, sooner if children are affected.
Data requests
To see, correct or delete what is held about you or your child, email the same address. Deletion is done within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with how a data question is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
